Arpil Puso Tomarong is a contemporary realist whose passion for art began at thirteen, practicing drawing throughout his early years. He honed his skills under the mentorship of renowned realist painter Orley Ypon while working in his studio. To support his artistic journey, he worked as a fisherman, saving money to buy painting materials. Currently studying at Aroma Art Atelier in Alitaptap Artists Community, Arpil continues to refine his craft, drawing inspiration from classical masters and Filipino artists.
